Company Profile
Ontario Graphite Ltd. owns mineral claims, mineral leases and existing graphite mining and processing facilities on the Kearney Mine property located in the Town of Kearney, 250 km north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
With mineral resources to support a mine life of over 30 years, Kearney Mine has the largest confirmed mineral resources of any North American graphite project and one of the largest individual deposits outside of China and North Korea. This includes:
- 23.0 million tonnes of proven and probable reserves (1.95% Cg average)
- 61.8 million tonnes of Measured and Indicated Resources (1.99% Cg average)
- 59.2 million tonnes of Inferred Resources (1.88% Cg average)
With a strong capital base and a proven, experienced management team, Ontario Graphite will re-commission the Mine, commence production and be fully operational in Q3 2020. At full capacity, Ontario Graphite projects annual production of 22,000 tonnes of high quality (95% to 97% Cg) large flake graphite mineral concentrate.
Ontario Graphite Ltd. is a privately-held limited liability company registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada and is compliant with National Instrument 43-101: Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Companies.
